OPS uses only first grade materials :
- Wood : Chinese fir, sections of 70 x 70 and 90 x 90 mm are glue laminated in order to guarantee a stable product. Treatment with copper based inorganic treatment solutions or with ACQ is an option. FSC certified can be used upon request.
- Metal : according to customers specification with or without galvanization and/or powder coating free of heavy metals.
- Plastics : compliant with all chemical requirements regarding heavy metals, azo-dyes, phthalates, …
- All plastics and coatings are chosen to resist outdoor conditions and contain sufficient UV protection components.
- All hardware is produced according to relevant standards of quality and finish.
OPS provides printing service for your users manuals.
OPS offers different packing solutions from neutral export carton, printing on boxes, stickers in black and white or full color or full color boxes.
Goods can be loaded either in bulk or on pallets and foil wrapped into the containers. Markings can be made according to your request.
